Angle a is measured counterclockwise from positive xaxis in xyplane.
Angle b is measured down from positive zaxis.
Angle measures are given in degrees.

 displays a popup window for entering the coordinates of a point
to use for view perpsective.

 redraw the graph using default values of fields (window stays open).

 redraw the graph using current values of fields (window stays open).

 close the window without changing field values used to draw the graph.

The point is specified by the coordinates (x, y, z).
